The normal means of generating electricity currently used unfortunately greatly pollute the air by releasing mercury, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere unlike solar energy which releases nothing into the air. Those are tremendous solar energy advantages, I’d say!
